You know the customer and employee are both number 1.

Don’t care why there is an issue they just want it fixed

Co-workers doing their best without appreciation

Chaotic atmosphere. New system implemented with no support at all! Bills are all past due. Not a good environment and higher ups are not addressing and handling the problems. Such a shame.
