      Pros

      Company has been around for 20 years but in a lot of ways is a mid stage proven startup. Company had hit some stagnation but lots of change recently, new leadership and priorities has jump started things in a positive direction. Good people, product clients value and want more of, and a huge market.

      Cons

      I think the high pace and amount of change have been positives but if you're a person who doesn't respond well to that and wants extreme consistency probably not the place for you.

      Pros

      I really enjoy the people I work with. There are a ton of opportunities to solve fun issues, and bring value.

      Cons

      In the current state of my specific department, I don't have a mentor/someone to specifically give feedback to grow in my career.

      Pros

      Good pay and company paid benefits but leadership/owners do not know what they are doing with a software company.

      Cons

      Software had been stagnant for many years and needs updating. Unexpected layoffs and reorganization. Realized their mistakes in letting go of the employees that kept everything running and tried to get some employees back. Poor decision making.
