      Pros

      The willingness of Senior Staff to teach the next generation. Company values Supports personal growth Open to working in different departments to learn something even if it has nothing to do with projects or clients you work or deal with.

      Cons

      I’ve not found a “con” that has not been resolved. Therefore I don’t feel there are any cons. One I would bring up is, those who meet with people (including other staff) or take a lot of phone calls with clients contracts etc., really should have their own office.

      Pros

      Very organized, respectful employees, the CEO is a great and kind man. Benefits are excellent. Love the culture too! Very family oriented so they are extremely understanding when things come up.

      Cons

      Could pay more, specially base pay.
