Poor management and supervisors. Managers are whipped by executives. Most Supervisors are inexperienced. Executives or friends of executives are untouchable. If you stand up for yourself to the wrong people, good luck around layoffs. HR does not help employees, you are better off avoiding them. Fear driven work environment. Reactive and lack of innovation during low commodity prices. Watch your back, it will be stabbed when the opportunity rises. Employees are scared to speak out. I don't work there any more and I'm actually worried they will find out who wrote this.
