QED has a great company culture.

Room for growth, I started in an administrative role and moved up to manage my department in 5 years. You are trained in their process but they are open to improvements and changes as you gain experience. Lots of teamwork in the office; very collaborative environment. The Owner welcomes discussions and input from employees at all levels. I've seen a few employees come and go - they do not tolerate bad behavior and poor work performance, not an environment for the unmotivated.

The company is on the smaller side, so the benefits are expensive.
