Pros

Small company with decent benefits, opportunities for community engagement, opportunities to grow company feel good. Owner believes in many good causes.

Cons

Totally nepotistic, unable to deal with bad leadership at the expense of mid and lower level staff (all expendable, replaceable). Lots of perks for the clique of leadership but poor ability to create stability for staff. No sense of how to grow in the ranks. Lack of transparency. Staff generally seen as throw away.

None; lack of management direction/focus, unless greed is the direction. No skillset running the organization that understands business.

Cons

No loyalty. No active listening for solutions. No integrity. False promises and fear of the CEO abounds.
