      Pros

      Things for every customer from budget to luxury goods. Product was nice and designs were diverse. Flexible hours scheduled by store manager.

      Cons

      Disconnect between Canadian management and managers in US stores. Constant threats from Canadian management about losing your jobs from the opening of the stores. Only look at you as a number. You are only as good as your last sale.
