Pros
CEO has a strong vision for the company, and the product has great fit within the market, with loyal, long-standing customers. As a growing company, there are ample opportunities to take on additional responsibility and help shape the company and role you have. There is also a semi-annual company retreat, which has been a great way to get to know my colleagues.
Cons
As with any smaller company, you have to be comfortable with the growing pains that come with the territory.
