Social Culture: Frequent evening networking events for those who enjoy a heavy social component to their job.

The U.S. footprint is limited to a few pharmaceutical manufacturing accounts in North Carolina and Indiana. Lack of diversification is a risk for long-term growth. Compensation Gap: Commission structure is noticeably lower than the US industry standard for Life Sciences recruiting. "Call Center" Environment: High-noise, high-density seating. Focus is on constant phone activity and "visibility" rather than strategic sourcing and placements. Subjective Metrics: KPI targets are frequently redefined; accountability often feels based on management "vibes" rather than transparent data.
