Pros

Hard working and fun environment. Excellent and clearly defined career paths. Great training and mentoring. Flexible working environment and very good benefits package. Family run business who strive for growth as a whole team. Transparent business/future plans. Employees valued.

Cons

Long hours. The actual work is hard and can be frustrating at times, but the support network is there and the reward when it all falls into place is great!

Pros

Niche Vertical: US operations focus exclusively on Pharma/Life Sciences. Entry-Level Training: A decent environment for those fresh out of college needing a crash course in high-volume sales. Modern Aesthetic: High-energy office with stand-up desks and a polished physical appearance. Social Culture: Frequent evening networking events for those who enjoy a heavy social component to their job.

Cons

The U.S. footprint is limited to a few pharmaceutical manufacturing accounts in North Carolina and Indiana. Lack of diversification is a risk for long-term growth. Compensation Gap: Commission structure is noticeably lower than the US industry standard for Life Sciences recruiting. "Call Center" Environment: High-noise, high-density seating. Focus is on constant phone activity and "visibility" rather than strategic sourcing and placements. Subjective Metrics: KPI targets are frequently redefined; accountability often feels based on management "vibes" rather than transparent data. Meeting Overload: A significant portion of the workday is consumed by unproductive internal meetings that add little value to actual placement activity. Work-Life Balance: High pressure to attend after-hours social functions; professional boundaries can be inconsistent.
