      Location. Can't come up with 4 more Pros.

      Cons

      Very dysfunctional. Heard a director and his employee yelling at each other first week there. Turned out this was a common occurrence with this company.

      Pros

      Hybrid work available, free lunch and 1 hour lunch.

      Cons

      They have bad clientele as most customers cannot pay and others refuse to pay. If your not the top 3 to 5 collectors out of the 12-14 collectors on the team you are doomed to fail. Also, there is a lot of favoritism within the company which is very unethical.
