OLD systems in place - Business Support Officer QBuild Employee Review

Antique systems - I spent most of my time waiting for Excel to respond in a 20yo spreadsheet still in use and unable to be updated. A gross waste of taxpayer money. Appalling treatment of long term staff that had clearly proved themselves and trained the entire team. The promotion was given to a new temp contractor with no knowledge of their complex systems. The long term employee was then asked to train her. Absolutely no recognition, reward, appreciation or acknowledgement. Systemic management issues and visible bullying in the workplace with no action post reporting. These issues compelled me to find employment elsewhere. Accomplishment and service are not recognised or rewarded in this office unfortunately.
