Pros
Although I have not been with QA very long, what I can say is that it's by far the best company I have worked for. Its a company where I feel everyone equally adds significant value and a real purpose for work. The great thing about this is not only a buzzing atmosphere on the sales floor, but being rewarded for your efforts. This may be through personal achievement awards or team nights out. QA are definitely not shy of giving praise to employees which I think is massively important. Whether you are using QA for training or career progression, there is no better place to do it. I highly recommend QA to anyone I possibly can, and I hope this is the start of many more successful years!
