I’ve been at QA for over a year and really enjoy working here. We’re a busy, fast paced business and often work under some degree of pressure. However the people at QA are fantastic and really care about our wellbeing. Our holiday entitlement has just increased to 27 days a year and our hybrid working (and flexi time) make a huge difference so I actually have a work / life balance. We work in a fast paces environment and this won’t be right for everyone. There's lots of flexibility & autonomy, so you can thrive or fail – it’s up to you. We've recently installed some new systems and there have been some challenges - we have an improvement plan in play it's getting much better.
