Our QAC training programme consists of 12 weeks free training in which it enables our learners the chance to upskill and at the end of this, every effort is made to place them in a role - this is often dependent on the opportunities that are available at the time. It is our priority to reduce bench-time and so where it isn't possible to deploy our consultants, we will only keep them on the bench for 3 months before allowing them to explore other opportunities.
