      Really talented people Good working environment in the office

      Terrible management who bully staff and can be very patronising. Terrible culture, expected to work extremely hard with no bonuses or promotions unless begged for, even then you are promised things which never deliver. Probation period was 3 months even in none senior roles, making it hard to leave. Secretive promotions and some employees treated differently to others. No flexibility Push for continuous improvement and individual growth but the management don't support this.

      The skills platform developed by the former Cloud Academy team was innovative and well-received by customers.

      Cons

      Since my voluntary departure, the company has proven to be unreliable and somewhat cagey. Under the terms of their articles of association and ISD, they had 12 months to repurchase my preferred shares. Nearly 18 months have passed, and they refuse to repurchase my shares or communicate any reasons for the delay. One might conclude that they are dealing with financial difficulties.
