      Pros

      1.Anyone who chooses to work here should be watching their back. A horrific company culture of impending doom. 2.horrible management and bullying.

      1.The negative reviews are real. The sparkling reviews with paragraphs are dictated to boost hiring and create a good image, it's not genuine. 2.The management painted a very pretty picture of working here at the interview but only when you work there, they show their true colours of how rude and controlling they are. 3.Management micromanaged and very serious politics causing a very low morale workforce 4.Terrible management with no direction, strategy or future direction. 5.This is the most unprofessional, disorganized, and poorly managed company I have encountered in my career.       To Whom It May Concern: We are not surprised that this ex-employee of Q8 Asia is still haunting this post as it only confirms to us that he/she has a hard time holding down to and securing a job since the beginning of the posts here. We hope that prospective employers and would be future ones can be forewarned as such. Obviously you have a lot of unresolved issues and hang-ups which are burdening you down in your life and dismal career progression. We suggest you move on if possible. Our REAL & CAPABLE team members are encouraged to post HONEST and REAL reviews and we do not sugar coat their opinions. It’s just the INCAPABLE ones which are weeded out naturally on their own and we do not force anyone to stay. On the contrary, we do encourage our team members to develop to their fullest potential and are happy to provide stellar references to future employers should their performance with us be over and above the norm. Fortunately or unfortunately, depending on how one sees it, we’ve had to rid ourselves of the LIARS, FRAUDSTERS, SCAMMERS & LAZY ex-employees which generally brought along with them BAD work ETHICS and morally bankrupt personas which ARE NOT tolerated in our Organization. We believe in business but we adhere to Ethical Business practices. Something you cannot teach unfortunately. Team Q8

      Innovative environment Freedom to try and explore different methods of getting things done Cosy office Staff lunches Company places strong emphasis on work life balance Hardly any OT Personal achievements recognised by managers Frequent company team bonding sessions Incubator and startup cultured with free spirit Understanding and reasonable bosses as long as you can deliver/perform

      Definitely not a place if you can't think out of the box Took 2 months to collect my first big fat commissions payout ($1X,XXX) Not a place for people who cannot perform Not a spoon fed environment Does not tolerate employees with poor working attitude Not a place if you are not decided in what you want to achieve or have a direction for yourself.

      Great Colleague Nice coworking space

      Very Stressful workplace Employers just sitting 5 meter behind you (Cramp small space) Sales targets figure are hard to achieve Not understanding employers Never trust their employees. Real case example: Employers doesn't believe I'm taking urgent leave because my family members passed away until I showed them the Certificate of Death of my grandmother. A lot sweet talk during interview session. Example: They will give you very low basic salary and told you can earn up to $10k commission within few months and even showing you some of the current sales staffs pay-slip (Don't know if it's real or not)

      We feel sorry if you have to resort to fake reviews to cry for attention, We've only had one employee formerly from PA whom left during this period ( 1/8/2018 - 23/8/2018). She appeared overwhelmed by the passing of a close family member whom was overseas.
