      Pros

      We are all part of an incredibly talented team. Everyone is focused on the same goal: to build amazing products that are needed and to let the world know about them. We are all working hard, but in a good way, because we all believe in what we are creating and we are passionate about building awareness to make what we do the standard. Plus...our benefits are excellent, the IT we get to use is top notch, and delicious lunches are even brought in on Wednesdays!

      None that I can think of because we all believe in what we are doing.

      The people were nice, until new management came in.

      Cons

      New CEO completely imploded the company by forcing an unreasonable relocation ultimatum. Something straight out of a comedy; I'd put 0 stars if I could.
