Run!! Don’t work here. This is a mess of a company! No structured, no guidance, not even a clear organization chart.
First red flag, interviewed person was late to the video call and didn’t even turned on the camara.
Whatever they advertise as “job perks” is misleading and not true. They say they have year round summer Fridays due to the fact the owners are jewish, LIES!!, You have to stay until end of day and looked at wrong if you even leave at your designated time. They say they are flexible with hybrid work whenever you need it but only higher management can work from home.
Theres no training or guidance. They will give you a desk and an email and just tell you to click around and see what the previous person was doing. While still expecting you to complete the job they didn’t train you for at a fast pace. Asking question to management it’s like pulling teeth. And when an answer it’s given, it’s done with the most condescending nasty attitude.
They don’t have an HR department, one person is in charge of various department. Making it difficult to express any concern or questions, because the person that’s your manager it’s also HR.
They don’t care about anyone, will let you go after short time just because they don’t think you are doing a fast enough work, mind you a work they didn’t explain, guide you or train you for.
Would five this place a -10 but I cant.
