Q3 has employed over 150 resources across various technologies in the current year so far and these resources have been assigned projects based on their existing skill set and with an opportunity to work on current technologies. This is possible through engagement in projects which require high level of technical expertise. Needless to say, ongoing training programs, on the job assignments and working closely with highly capable seniors assist them to build a stronger technological profile. All these ensures a high level of job security and job enrichment. Q3 provides the basic primary necessities for anyone to stick around for a decent period of time. Some of these are: • Exciting work and challenge. • Career growth, learning and development. • Working with great people. • Fair pay. • Comprehensive Health Insurance coverage reviewed from time to time and as per the needs of the employees. • Supportive management/good boss. • Being recognized, valued and respected. • Compensation and Benefits reviewed from time to time and as per the needs of the employees and current industry standards.

Pros

Good team and they have some good projects for people looking to learn new things and get acquainted with different domains.

Cons

Employees are made believe that they are liabilities to the company and that they can be replaced any day. This really brings down the morale and makes one feel not connected to the companies vision or culture.
