Low pay with very high workload. Constant expectation to do a lot of overtime with no compensation. Claims from management that feedback is wanted. However, anything other than positive and idyllic feedback is met with gaslighting and dismissive responses. Huge level of burn out with many staff on sick leave due to stress.
