      Competitive baseline pay and offers bonus.

      Cons

      Treats employees terribly. No loyalty. Rapid turnover and arbitrary firings if performance does not exceed expectations (despite little to no internal support being provided). Very disorganized and little clear path for upward growth

      Lots of autonomy in your roles. Experienced people who have many years in gov affairs.

      Cons

      Start-up vibe. Could be a pro or a con. Difficult gov environment led to difficult company environment as you'd imagine. Hope they pull through.
