Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your experience was not in line with what we strive to give our employees, and hopefully we can shed some light on some of these points. There have been ups and downs over the years, as in any company, and while we wouldn’t consider it regression, we have reduced our staff in multiple departments as a part of a strategic shift towards our Media Services business. The results have been overwhelmingly positive and the business is breaking all time sales records while delivering very strong results for our agency partners. We believe we’re on the right track, have a fantastic team, and are already seeing the results of some of our strategic decisions. We are likewise always evaluating our compensation package (which includes quarterly bonus structure, a generous time off policy, Fit Perk, and other benefits), and we will continue to monitor and adjust this for all employees so we can remain competitive and fair.
