Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. "No company is perfect" is a great statement and one we certainly agree with. We want to take some time to address the negative points listed in the reviews. Training - YES! We realize that our training module is lacking and are currently working internally to develop a full scale training program, starting with our managers all the way down to our newest recruits. A company is only as strong as it's people and we want to give our folks the best foot forward. This ties into the promotions and investing in people as well, as we will be grooming our future leaders. While we don't "promise" bonuses and raises annually (and no company should), we do our best to try and reward - both in a monetary and non-monetary sense - solid performance. We have recently made improvements to this program and will keep working to improve. We have partnered with a third party agency to allow us to research and study compensation trends and norms within the workplace.
