Pros
For the time they had a descent product, and helpful mid-management. They offer many perks to their home office and enjoy taking their teams our for outings quite regularly. That makes for a nice after work bonding experience.
Cons
Internally the company moves at a snail's pace. Take's forever to respond to their employees, and even worse their clients. Upper management does not really care for employees, hence the hire turnover rate. They say they hire at a lower rate because they hire and train and help gain knowledge and experience, but even the experienced reps for several years receive minimal compensation. They also do not know how to evaluate the growth of business correctly, and ended up hiring too many people, and then abruptly firing them, whether they were valuable and productive or not. Some of these terminated employees moved/relocated from out of state for new positions, and had no other opportunities in the middle of Texas.
