the company was have a good environment but now become very negative because the lateness of the salary payment you may paid after month or more the usual here to be paid after 2 weeks

the relation between managment and employee is soo bad the team leaders isn't experienced enough the seniors isn't qualified the promotion occur dependence on the personal relations not the qualifications no space for creativity and the quality of the production is very very low no code review or performance testing no real experience lack of the career path very very low salaries no process it's just routine work ex. the development start before the analysis and set the easiest scenarios for them . all what they do make a copy of old projects and modify it
