Great company, terrible department - Anonymous employee Q Laboratories Employee Review

The chemistry department, in particular, is extremely toxic and clique oriented. If you don't conform or fit in you are pushed out. They say they want to grow and develop but anyone actually trying to implement growth is chastised. Ulterior motives are often in play and working there felt like a game.
