Pros
The people are honestly the best part about working here. I've yet to run into someone what wasn't helpful and pleasant to work with. Everyone is approachable and will do their best to help with whatever you may be working on.
Cons
The salary is a little low compared to other companies in the area. Also, as many other reviews have said, the dress code is a bit strict. I'm pretty sure everyone would still do their job just as well, if not better, if we weren't forced to wear uncomfortable clothes. It's a bit old-fashioned and one of the few things I don't like about the company.
