The answer: Yes! This small feel company is actually a worldwide organization without the monthly/quarterly "crunch" often felt by publicly held corporations. I'm a proud 5+ year employee of Q-Lab. Everyone is friendly and it feels like a family. Q-Lab has a way of recognizing talent, so promotions and awards can be achieved within. The pay, along with two healthy bonuses allow my family and I to live comfortably and plan for the future. We have a protected pension! I feel truly appreciated!
