Pros

The flexible schedule was really no, really no micromanagement, allowed to do your own thing. Management was really supportive

Cons

They say quality is their number one priority, if that was true they wouldn't incentivize you to work faster. Meaning you get paid more if you do as many cases as possible. But if you're moving through a case too fast, you're going to make mistakes. OR if you run into a complicated case that takes more time, you basically lose money. It's dumb

Pros

Flexible work schedule/lots of learning tools

Cons

Stressful onboarding process. Would be better if structured or spread out more. Timekeeping is tedious especially just for tracking the little things. Case rate pay part is stressful, I feel like it is pushing quantity over quality of abstraction.
