Pros

Generous PTO but PTO is used for holidays too

Cons

Everything seems to be reactive instead of proactive especially with high turn over. Work was continually dumped on my to makeup for those leaving with no to little training on the processes

Q-Centrix Response

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your contributions during your three years at Q-Centrix. Our goal is to match every team member with meaningful work, a supportive team, and rewarding pay and benefits—and I am sorry to hear that there were elements of your experience that did not fully meet this expectation. However, we are happy to hear that you enjoyed our PTO program, which is designed around our belief in the importance of taking time away to rest and recharge. As you noted, we offer a generous annual PTO accrual, which includes holidays, enabling folks to take the days off, including holidays, that are most meaningful to them. As a growing organization focused on supporting hospital partners and their patients, we know how important proactive and strategic planning, team stability, and continuous learning are to our operations. We have a great team and plans in place to ensure optimal experiences for all! I wish you the best of luck in your next chapter. Eve Hersh

Pros

Flexible work schedule/lots of learning tools

Cons

Stressful onboarding process. Would be better if structured or spread out more. Timekeeping is tedious especially just for tracking the little things. Case rate pay part is stressful, I feel like it is pushing quantity over quality of abstraction.
