Pros
They pay good money. Depending on the site, You can have good leaders to help you and explain things. The new Manager for a Particular specialty is nice and updates you on what's going on and how my progress is on a monthly basis.
Cons
Lack of hours. They don't give you the hours promised. Some management has a lack of communication and doesn't really tell you what is going on with the lack of hours.
