Regarding our benefits—we really value this feedback. And, I’m happy to share here that it’s something we have improved through investments each year. 2022 benefits are bigger and better than ever. Some of these updates include reduced medical and dental plan employee contributions, an expanded HSA match for employees and their families, and, of course, we’ll continue to provide short- and long-term disability coverage at no cost to our team members, generous PTO, a matching 401(k) program, paid parental leave, and more.
