Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’d like to explain a little more about our approach to compensation. First, we are committed to total transparency – so we do everything in our power to help the team understand how the model works and how to grow within it. These efforts range from providing regular updates and educational resources on goal setting and achievement to discussing the topic at company town halls. The team’s feedback has actually helped to shape the evolved model and guided our efforts to make sure everyone understands how it works. The overall aim of the evolved compensation structure is certainly not to cut wages but rather reward you for productivity, quality, and commitment to the organization. I encourage you to talk to a Senior Manager, who is equipped with immediate suggestions, such as optimizing case mix, hours, and time spent with clients, to try to improve your compensation. I also invite you to reach out directly to me so we can further discuss how the model can best work for you, especially if previous discussions haven’t resolved the issues at hand. My email is included below. Thanks, Jelena Virijevic, VP of Client Services Jelena.virijevic@q-centrix.com

Pros

Flexible work schedule/lots of learning tools

Cons

Stressful onboarding process. Would be better if structured or spread out more. Timekeeping is tedious especially just for tracking the little things. Case rate pay part is stressful, I feel like it is pushing quantity over quality of abstraction.
