Q-Centrix Response

While I’m glad to hear that you’re enjoying the flexibility that comes with part-time work at Q-Centrix, I’m sorry to hear you’re disappointed with other aspects of the job. As a member of the Q-Centrix leadership team, I’m personally committed to creating a collaborative environment where each team member feels productive and gratified. We are indeed a high-growth company, and know that we stand to benefit from feedback like yours. Therefore, we’ve created many vehicles for team members to submit their comments and questions. If you haven’t already, I encourage you to share the details of your experiences through our Question & Suggestions Box, via Yammer, during a Town Hall, or with me directly. I’d love the opportunity to look into your specific situation and see what we can do to turn things around for you. If you’re willing, please email me at jelena.virijevic@q-centrix.com. -Jelena Virijevic, VP Human Resources and Operations

Pros

Flexible work schedule/lots of learning tools

Cons

Stressful onboarding process. Would be better if structured or spread out more. Timekeeping is tedious especially just for tracking the little things. Case rate pay part is stressful, I feel like it is pushing quantity over quality of abstraction.
