Pros
Q-Centrix has positioned itself very well in the healthcare quality space. Q-Centrix has ability to provide value to healthcare facilities and allows hospitals for drive improvements in patient care. I have been give many growth opportunities in my role. There is a unified goal across the organization.
Cons
Many employees work remotely. This can cause some challenged when building internal team comrade, but they do a great job of keeping remote employees engaged. This allows for the "best of both worlds" for all employees that work from home.
