Pros

Sadly, there are none. It all begins at the top, and the company president has no clue how to do his job.

Cons

Where do I start? - company president can't make up his mind on an hourly basis. Changed direction constantly. - company president made poor decisions on inventory - company president tries to pretend he knows how to run large scale used dealerships, but has no clue. - constantly adjusting salaries and pay plans (Lower). Plus, they threaten your salary all the time. - changed concept without giving it a change. No haggle went out the window in a month. "Quickly " never existed. "Packing payments" happens all the time, and other underhanded car dealer practiced becane the name of the game. - little to no support from asbury when it came to issues. They let company president run roughshod over everyone. Didn't listen to complaints from even other executives. - I could continue, but you get the picture

Pros

Great pay, 5 day work week, great opportunity. The one price sales process is great, once the customers understand how we price cars and the process things are easy. Most advertising is on the internet so most people come in knowing what they want.

Cons

Learn to love the phone because they hammer you to follow up with customers.
