Pros
The work ranges from beginner level to very experienced. The management makes sure to place you on a project that isn't too difficult for your skill level. They make sure you have adequate training and encourage you to ask questions if you don't understand the project. Everyone works together as a team and the environment is overall a fun atmosphere.
Cons
The only downside is this is contingent work, unless you are able to get hired on full-time. Even so, most projects run several months and even up to a year. When they are completed you do get laid off, but if you do good work, Q Analysts recruiters will reach out to you when another project starts up.
