Poor working environment - Game Developer Pyro Entertainment Employee Review

Have enough computer to work.

The air quality is bad, some ACs are broken, making it hot and hard to breathe. Many people get sick, and the company hasn’t provided hand towels or tissues for a long time.

There are no real pros to highlight from my experience in this role.

The salary is below market rate, and the company does not offer competitive compensation. The CEO is highly emotional and often struggles to make logical decisions, which leads to confusion and instability within the team. Leadership is disorganized, and there is a noticeable lack of clear direction. Most concerningly, wages have recently not been paid on time, creating unnecessary stress and uncertainty for employees.
