      The company culture was incredible and their work is super important

      Main downside is the lab-space is small, but it is early in the start-up so things should improve

      Pros

      Everyone in the company is friendly and supportive of each other. Family atmosphere. The management take the opinions of employees seriously.

      Cons

      The company was acquired around 3 years ago and there is still some company integration happening with the wider group but this seems to be progressing well and has created more opportunities for people.
