Reasonable hours, clear direction from producers, and an incredibly supportive team. And they have an espresso maker!

The pay is competitive but not quite as high as some other production houses around the area. However, I have never had an issue with being paid on time from Pyramide.

I spent a year at Pyramide and was privileged to work with and learn from some of the most welcoming and skilled video production professionals in the business today. Management was always willing to listen and was very transparent about the standing of the company. Even now, nearly two years after my tenure with the company, I maintain a great relationship with the team. They're some of my favorite people in the state of Washington. Additionally, when clients use Pyramide for their projects, they get way more than their money's worth. The company always goes above and beyond for their clients and employees, challenging themselves to be more creative with each new project.

Occasionally lengthy shoot days requiring longer than normal hours and the one off weekend crunch but that's video production anywhere and with anyone.
