Pros

Pyramide Productions is a small, full-service media production house that punches above its weight. The people are friendly and easygoing. The company culture is characterized by low-key professionalism, largely free from the drama that so often infects creative fields. While client work always takes priority, the management encourages independent learning and makes company equipment available for extracurricular projects. During my time at Pyramide I saw several coworkers get promoted based on the skillsets they'd developed as employees. For me, one of the best perks was the flexible start-time that allowed me to evade an otherwise-brutal commute.

Cons

The overhead is low. If what you want from a workplace is a big fancy kitchen next to a ball pit, Pyramide may not be a good fit for you.

Pros

Great communication, Great atmosphere for learning, growing and advancing your knowledge, Incredibly friendly and fun team of professionals to work with. I spent a year at Pyramide and was privileged to work with and learn from some of the most welcoming and skilled video production professionals in the business today. Management was always willing to listen and was very transparent about the standing of the company. Even now, nearly two years after my tenure with the company, I maintain a great relationship with the team. They're some of my favorite people in the state of Washington. Additionally, when clients use Pyramide for their projects, they get way more than their money's worth. The company always goes above and beyond for their clients and employees, challenging themselves to be more creative with each new project.

Cons

Occasionally lengthy shoot days requiring longer than normal hours and the one off weekend crunch but that's video production anywhere and with anyone.
