Great atmosphere - The office Manger is awesome..there is opportunity to advance in the company.

Their are some really fantastic people that work for this company. The production office and field estimators and commercial/metal guys are all amazing to work with. They are helpful and knowledgeable. They are truly the reasons I stayed for so long.

Upper management is not always best at keeping everyone’s best interest at heart. They are sometimes selfish. There are employees that only show to work occasionally and there is no reprimand set in place. Which this in turn leaves their direct customer issues on the work load of everyone else. Management is not good at handling situations in a professional manner. They tend to cross the line in many different unethical ways.
