      Easy to advance if you work hard Flexible work schedule

      Hard to work as a team, it often feels like coworkers don't want to help to get something done. very "everyone for themselves" work environment.

      Company truck, bonuses, if you do your job your credited. Salary pay so your paid if you have down time. You can always talk to your bosses and they listen.

      Cons

      Coworkers don't always give their best. Sometimes you end up doing what they don't complete.

      A place to gain some experience in the telecommunications industry

      Cons

      Pay is on the low end and you will not see a raise or bonus increase, no matter how profitable or timely you bring in your projects.
