      zero micro managing, great work environment, upper management likes to see their employees grow, learning something new every day, company paid vehicle, perdiem, all expenses paid minus food.

      Cons

      insane work hours for salary sometimes 80+ hours with no bonus, occasional work every day for 2-3 weeks on end, only three days off with no travel days, zero training.

      Company truck, bonuses, if you do your job your credited. Salary pay so your paid if you have down time. You can always talk to your bosses and they listen.

      Coworkers don't always give their best. Sometimes you end up doing what they don't complete.
