Pros
Good benefit packages. Good company event and parties. A good place to start if you just got out of college and cheap.
Cons
A very manipulative management. They are constantly looking for someone cheaper to replace you. If you are not on their buddy list you will be looking for a new job very soon. The leads and supervisors won’t watch out for you. It is irrelevant how well you are doing. They will blame you so that they can get promoted.
