Pros
I was lucky to be a part of a great team, the manager absorbed all the pressure from the higher management and maintained a pretty friendly atmosphere. I got work on jobs with higher pay rate from the get go which was a huge confidence booster for me. The commission is pretty good too, i was earning 3x my base salary within 6 month (although the conversion rate being used is a scam in it self, still using $1 dollar as 65 rupees)
Cons
I am very much aware about what other people went through in other teams and it was generally bad, specially for girls. Sexism and vulgar comments (in a specific team) was common and the girls were expected to just smile and move on. Also a night job.
