Pros
Pyramid has many opportunities available in various fields, I was confident that if the first position I took with them on a temporary to permanent basis didn’t work out (it did work out, thankfully) that they would be able to find me another position quickly.
Cons
There is a disconnect within the payroll department that caused multiple emails to be sent to me about my timesheet not being submitted when it had already been submitted and approved, this happened over the course of many weeks which started to make me nervous, I spent a lot of time double checking that my timesheets had gone through properly.
