Great team work philosophy, helps to be a part of multiple accounts, increase income opportunities. Great networking and referrals between offices.
Cons
Be honest with new agents.... no, you will not make 6 figures your first year.... most likely not the second either. Once you develop a thorough understanding of CRE and how to be effective at generating leads, the money will start rolling. Every deal takes a minimum of 6-18 months.
