      Pros

      Great and fun people to work with. Fair-to-Good compensation structure for a start up. Overall, good work environment and culture. You can tell for where the company is at in terms of its growth and size, leadership tries their best to take care of their people.

      Cons

      Large disparity between management expectations and everyday employees experience. Poor infrastructure for individual development and advancement.

      - Brand new company with a lot of opportunity in an exciting space in the construction software industry - Lots of opportunities to learn, grow, and impact the entire construction industry - Good healthcare benefits - The CEO and co-founders are truly fantastic to work with and for. He is open-minded, dynamic, and innovative.

      Cons

      While the location of the company isn't necessarily the most glamorous, the driven people who work here make up for the location
