the career path is not clear

Absolutely no pros. The owner has no business overseeing digital marketers. Knows very little about digital marketing and even less about SEO specifically. Has unrealistic expectations he expects employees to live up to when it comes to things he is ignorant about. Owner is unqualified to oversee digital marketers. Thinks that designing email opt-ins has something to do with SEO ( still cant believe he said this...i was shocked at his ignorance of SEO)

The cons are many Owner who dosent know anything about digital marketing and shouldnt be delegating task that he knows nothing about while having unrealistic expectations he expects his interns to live up to No adequate work space. He ( the reprimanded me for coming into work "early" to get some extra work in because he is sharing office space and refuses to get his own work space. This leaves his interns with a paltry 4 hours of work to get done....2 of which he isnt even available (runs off to the gym).
